Project procurement and scope
- 2-Stage Design & Build. c.500,000 ft2 over two buildings.
- Shell & Core to CAT B fit out including all associated infrastructure.
- Auditorium and event spaces, client floors, office floors, catering floor and inter-connecting staircases
Project role and responsibilities
- Senior Planner (ISG Fit Out)
- Developed programme from PQQ stage
- Full responsibilty for all aspects of planning including a small team.
Key constraints/challenges to overcome
- Ongoing basebuild delays and fixed Client migration dates meant considerable re-sequencing was required to maintain programme. This work took place over several months as areas were progressively handed over by the basebuild contractor.

- CAT B fit out including replacement plant, supporting infrastructure,
lift refubishments and internal atrium staircase
Project role and responsibilities
- Planner (ISG Fit Out)
- Developed programme from Tender to Construction.
- Responsible for all aspects of planning and associated project controls.
Key constraints/challenges to overcome
- Project delivered during Covid-19
- Lift Contractor encountered several delays during fabrication, resulting in the programme being re-worked several times to accommodate.

- 8 floors of CAT A to CAT B fit out including; Client floors, Office floors
and three internal staircases.

- Managed several re-sequencing exercises in line with discoverables, Client design changes and MEP phasing.
